Ordering Procedure:
ORDER ONLINE by entering your order directly on our website. We provide an online shopping cart that allows you to select products while browsing our website. Once your order is complete, you will receive an e-mail with an order number verifying your purchase. All orders are protected for your privacy security. Please in the additional notes section of the check out, indicate the type of payment and the shipping method you have selected.
Afterwards an invoice will be sent to you stating your total of your items PLUS SHIPPING and HANDLING. In addition your invoice it will state the method of payment and the address to ship to.
Please confirm that all the information in regards to the shipping ADDRESS is correct.
Once payment has been received and confirmed we will ship your items out to you.
ANY AND ALL ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES stated in the invoice IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
Shipping:
We offer 4 shipping methods, which is service, air, bus and express. Shipping and handling is determined by weight, size and destination. These are all the variables that are factored into determining the shipping and handling fees of the items ordered. Therefore due to all the variables stated above, we are unable to provide a pre-determined quote as it differs due to these variables.

The shipping methods provided above are stated in the order of the most economical to the most time saving. All shipping and handling quotes are provided to us by the postal services and not by our company. You may request to use a different delivery or transportation service such as Purolator, UPS, FedEX etc. ANY AND ALL ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES DUE TO THE REQUEST OF THE CUSTOMER, TO USE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY OR TRANSPORTATION SERVICE IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
It is not unusual for the occurrence that shipping and handling costs will be more than the item(s) purchased. Shipping and handling costing more then the item(s) purchased IS NOT a reason to cancel the order. (THIS IS YOUR ONLY AND FINAL NOTIFICATION.) If damages occurs to your packages during the shipping process, we are NOT responsible as it is out of our control on how shipping companies handle your packages.

Delivery Information:
For safety purposes, deliveries are made every Thursday once a week.
Purchases must be $50+ BEFORE tax to qualify for delivery.
Delivery areas are currently available to City of Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Mississauga and Markham.
Buyer must be present to accept delivery.
Delivery option available until August 1st, 2020.
Payment Information:
Payment must be made BEFORE your order is shipped out.
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS issue of your invoice.
We currently accept PAYPAL as our prime method of payment.
We will provide you with our PAYPAL address through e-mail after we confirm stock availability.
There will be an additional 3% charge of your total plus shipping and handling for ALL PAYPAL transactions included in your invoice.
We are NOT responsible for your transaction or transmission
mistakes.
Due to the site being UNDER CONSTRUCTION, we are not able to accept credit card payments at the moment. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
